This is for anyone wanting to test out their characters in the setting before applying, and to see if things "click". Multiples will be allowed for this post, and you can generally assume any threads are a self-contained continuity unless you feel like getting creative.

Just post a thread with your CHARACTER NAME and CANON NAME in the title with a prompt and others will reply. Prompts and threads can be action spam or prose or whatever. These threads can be used on the sample section of your application, as well. Go out and have fun! Feel free to consult the institute tour and dorm guide for setting info.

"Me? Strange? I'm not the one eating fire! You don't eat fire! It has no nothing of value in it!" Fire was only good for cooking and burning things.

Natsu just crosses his arms, looks at Rin, and in a rather blunt and as-a-matter-of-fact tone says--

"What the hell are you talking about? Of course I eat fire. Why else would I ask how blue flames tasted?"

"Ain't normal, dude!" The only response Rin can come up with. And considering everyone in the school isn't normal, that's got to say something.

"Normal?" He just stares at Rin, as if that was the strangest thing said this entire conversation. "I think you're in the wrong place if you're looking for normal, Blue."

Mostly because it was the strangest thing said during the entire conversation. "You know what I mean!"

Natsu stares at Rin for a moment longer, then begins to laugh, apparently amused by the other young man's reaction.

"This place has been pretty amazing so far."

He raises a hand toward Rin, actually taking the time to greet him properly this time.

"I hope I get the chance to meet more people like you."
