This is for anyone wanting to test out their characters in the setting before the game opens, see what clicks. Multiples will be allowed for this post, and you can generally assume any threads are a self-contained continuity unless you feel like getting creative.

Just post a thread with your CHARACTER NAME and CANON NAME in the title with a prompt and others will reply. Prompts and threads can be action spam or prose or whatever. These threads can be used on the sample section of your application, as well. Go out and have fun! Feel free to consult the institute tour and dorm guide for setting info.

His general response to any kind of general anger, at least when directed towards him, is to smile kindly and act as calmly as possible. So that what's he going to do here, with an added hint of confusion because all he really did was bump into her. That wasn't that bad, was it?

"Ah, no? No problem. Well, I can't find anything in this place and my brother has run off to god knows where but I don't think that's the kind of problem you mean."

If he was covering up his earlier insult, it was done in such a way that Parsee might as well let it go. With a sigh, she let some of the tension roll out of her. After a moment, she turned her gaze downward, as if refusing eye contact.

"Where do you need to go?"

He gives her a grateful look, not only because whatever the problem was seems to be over but because right now she is a savior in a see of confusion.

"My brother told me too meet him in the 'shiny place with all the cool stuff in it'. I think that means the chemistry lab but with him you can never be quite sure." He sounds more amused than exasperated by his brothers vague description though. His brother has always been something of an eccentric and when it comes to the weird things he's done this doesn't even come close. Yuui has learned long ago to just go with the flow and not worry so much, things always tended to be alright in the end.

"Could be the Danger Room, for all that tells anyone," Parsee sighed, shaking her head. "Regardless, it's all down the same elevator. I'll take you there. Just try not to wander off, alright?" A grumble. Last thing she needed was to be a sheep herder around this place.

"The... Danger Room?" He sounds a bit worried because that definitely sounds like a place that would attract his brother's attention. "That sounds, well dangerous."

He sends her another smile, warm and kind. "I'm very grateful for your help. I promise I will not run off on you." Then he lets out a small chuckle as realization strikes him. "Ah, I'm sorry I don't think I ever introduced myself. I'm Yuui."

"I don't really care what your name is," Parsee mumbled, stepping to lead him in the direction of one of the elevators that actually lead to the basement areas. "And for what it sounds like, it's not that dangerous."
