This is for anyone wanting to test out their characters in the setting before the applications open, see what clicks. Multiples will be allowed for this post, and you can generally assume any threads are a self-contained continuity unless you feel like getting creative.

Just post a thread with your CHARACTER NAME and CANON NAME in the title with a prompt and others will reply. Prompts and threads can be action spam or prose or whatever. These threads can be used on the sample section of your application, as well. Go out and have fun! Feel free to consult the institute tour and dorm guide for setting info. We also encourage you to check out the "!!event" tag on the IC comms to brush up on the story so far.

I didn't realize you were so interested in books and writing other than what you wanted to "borrow" from our store. Honestly I think the two of us could get Reimu-kun to do most anything if we offered him food.

No uniforms....Don't have ta clean the class room afterwards..Unless ya get a teacher who wants that. But there are things that are okay still.

I can be interested in other stuff from time ta time. Just depends.

Could just offer snacks at the meetin' at he'd show up.

Well I'm all for no uniforms! Still, I'm so used to dressing in traditional clothes at home that it feels weird wearing so many Western things.

If I offered snacks half the school would probably show up, and I doubt they'd all be there to talk books and write together.

That's why we only tell Reimu. It's the only way we can get him ta come around. Either that or promise him food afterwards as long as he somewhat participates.

Oh I wouldn't say it's the only way to get him to do something, but a little incentive never harmed anyone. We should all go out together sometime anyway, it's been a while since we all spent time together.
