This is for anyone wanting to test out their characters in the setting before the game opens, see what clicks. Multiples will be allowed for this post, and you can generally assume any threads are a self-contained continuity unless you feel like getting creative.

Just post a thread with your CHARACTER NAME and CANON NAME in the title with a prompt and others will reply. Prompts and threads can be action spam or prose or whatever. These threads can be used on the sample section of your application, as well. Go out and have fun! Feel free to consult the institute tour and dorm guide for setting info.

SHOCK. And Negi staggered physically for a moment. "H-hey. It's really not that bad... I mean I'm sure I can't mess up a sandwich."

"Just cover my tea bags from the kitchen and we'll be square," remarked Negi, chuckling.

"Hey, I got the ingredients FROM the cafeteria. Never said anything about Sanji making it." groused Negi.

That's... that is true.

We'll just have to work with what we have, then, and substitute the women with the men where we have to.

[As long as she had something to argue, she'll stubbornly hold on]

Well, you don't need to be on stage, necessarily, but you do need to help the production in some way.

Yeah uh, teenagers don't change from a normal school to a school like this. Freaks or not people still look and go "goth".

Well, now that she knew the truth... Ayaka put the sandwich down and grabbed a cookie.

[Venom almost wants to say 'nothing, now let me finish reading.' He lets out a frustrated sigh.]

I really don't have much to contribute.

Kenzi watched at Ayaka started picking up rocks. She honestly wasn't sure if she had a limit or not but she was growing bored with this in any case.

Ayaka would find her feet lifting off the ground, slowly but noticeably.

[He rolls his eyes and let's his shoulders drop.]

Fine, but I'm pretty sure these debutantes will have a hard time keeping up.

[There is a flashy egotistical grin now.]

It's hard being popular.

I'll leave it to your discretion how many rocks she got before being picked up~

Ayaka was quick to notice, indeed. Not feeling the ground underneath your feet was quite alarming, after all.

"You...!"

She began throwing the rocks at Kenzi in quick succession, one after the other.

Okay she wasn't expecting that. She'd hoped that if she picked Ayaka up she'd freak out and drop all the rocks.

So much for that plan.

Kenzi stopped several of the rock, quickly dropping them back down to the ground but some went unnoticed, at least until they hit her. "Ow! Ooow!" She could feel a bit of blood trickling down her forehead from one of the rocks.

That was enough. She dropped Ayaka and gave her a bit of a telekinetic shove, hoping to know her back on her ass.

"Geez," grumbled Negi, taking another bite of his sandwich.

If it wasn't for that shove, Ayaka would have taken a bit of time to gloat over the damage she'd done. Alas, she suddenly found herself knocked off her feet and onto her ass, just as Kenzi wanted.

That wasn't to say she stayed in that position for long, and quickly leapt back up to her feet...

... and began grabbing more rocks.

Ayaka paused for a moment... and sniffed at the cookie, just to make sure it wasn't made by Negi as well.

Not that one could normally tell much from sniffing a cookie unless they had super smelling, or if the cookie was fresh from the oven.

I never needed any of this back home. I don't even understand why I was sent here.

Kenzi was done with this. She was actually angry now.

While Ayaka was busy grabbing rocks Kenzi was busy uprooting a nearby tree. "Who wants to play some baseball?" she asked as the tree moved toward the other girl.

From that look on her face, that tree was actually a bit worrying.

But, Ayaka figured it should be difficult to maintain a tree and oneself in flight, as well as successfully defend against rocks at the same time. Right?

"Fool, you only need to apologize!" Ayaka shouted.

She rushed to the side, intending to be well clear of the tree as she sent more rocks flying up towards Kenzi.

The stuff I need to know I already learned before I came here. I never needed school before.

I'm here cuz the Professor's helping look for the guy who kidnapped Baron and the kids. I don't get why I hafta go to school while I'm waiting. Once I get Baron back I'm leaving.

Probablem was Kenzi's powers seemed to increase the higher her emotions were. And right now she was verging on pissed.

"You're the fool." The rocks stopped in the air before being sent off in another direction. At least she was aiming them away from the school. She lifted the tree up and grinned.

"Ever play whack a mole? I'm thinking it time to play whack a brat." In a quick motion of her hand the tree came crashing down near Ayaka. She deliberately missed but the impact of it against the ground was near deafening.
